09:30 – 11:00 am: Vinyasa Flow (Open Level) | Kamala

This is a gentle flow that is open to all levels, but is targeted towards beginners. Creating a foundation of linking breath with movement, this class both introduces students to a yoga practice, and creates a space for them to advance to higher levels of connection with their bodies.

04:30 – 05:30 pm: Kids Yoga (5 to 12 years) | Kamala

This class is designed based on the interests, energies and developmental stages of children. We recognize that all children are unique and sometimes develop at their own pace. Kids Yoga enhances physical flexibility, refines balance and coordination, develops focus and concentration, boosts esteem and confidence, and strengthens the mind-body connection. 

07:00 – 08:30 pm: Vinyasa Flow (Beginners) | Arjuna

TUESDAY

06:00 – 07:30 pm: Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate to Advanced) | Mirabai

An advanced class that follows a specific theme, or revolves around a particular asana. Prana Flow challenges students to find their limit and gracefully move beyond fear and stiffness of mind and body. Expect to sweat out all the barriers within you!

WEDNESDAY

09:30 – 11:00 am: Yin-Yang (Open Level) | Padmini

Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that balances the newly developed Yin yoga practice for the first half of the class with traditional Yang yoga practices for the second half of the class. This class can provide you with a practice that starts with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the rest of your day.

06:30 – 08:00 pm: Vinyasa Flow (Open Level) | Mirabai

This is a very special Vinyasa Flow class encompassing sacred dance movements. This practice revolves around the Yoga Philosophy and includes Pranayamas and Chanting.

08:15 – 09:30 pm: Hatha Flow (Open Level) | Mahadevi

Find balance between effort and relaxation in a class that combines the strength of held postures and the serenity of breath-directed movement.  Classes are based around the the fluid movements of the sun salutation and other breath-directed movements.

THURSDAY

04:30 – 06:00 pm: Sivananda (Open Level) | Girija

Sivananda is a classical style of Yoga open to all levels. A regular class includes pranayama (breathing exercises), warm-ups including Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), 12 basic asanas (postures) and deep relaxation. The focus is on mastering the basic asanas from which variations are then added to further deepen the practice. The asanas follow an exact order that allows for the systematic movement of every major part of the body in a balanced way that enhances prana or life force energy, keeping the mind quiet and without the need to think beyond each individual pose.

06:30 – 08:00 pm: Vinyasa Flow (Beginners to Intermediate) | Shakti

In this class expect to flow from one posture to another linking breath to movement. Vinyasa style builds endurance, strength and flexibility all the while calming the mind. Each class revolves around a certain posture or aspect of the body such as core strength, balance, grounding, and many more.

FRIDAY

06:00 – 07:30 pm: Ashtanga (Open Level) | Shakti

This class is intended to realign the spine, detoxify the body, and build strength, flexibility, and stamina. The series of about 75 poses takes an hour and a half to two hours to complete, beginning with sun salutations and moving on to standing poses, seated poses, inversions, and backbends before relaxation.

SATURDAY

9:00 – 10:30 am: Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate to Advanced) | Mirabai

Similar to the Tuesday evening class, this sequence offers a fresh, vigorous and energetic start to the weekend.
