——————————-Woman of Wisdom Workshop on February 26th, 27th, and 28th, 2016——————————–
“Woman of Wisdom” is a 3 days workshop for deep transformation of Woman’s energy, beliefs, patterns and life. Through yoga, breathwork, meditations we will unleash the Shakti energy, find ways how to heal body, mind and spirit.
“A Wise Woman can predict her future because She creates it”
About our Yoga teacher:
Aliya Galim was born in Kazakhstan. She has 16 years of experience in the corporate world: IT, logistics and top management business trainings. 9 years ago she started her Yoga path with self practice. But only 3 years ago she had to make a choice between “what I want to do” and “what the world expects from me”. Today she is a certified Yoga instructor, teaching and living in India and travelling around the world to spread freedom of body, mind and spirit. Aliya belongs to a Muslim culture back ground, she respects her roots but is studying and practicing Vedas, Kabbala, Shamanism, Yoga and psychosomatic work. Teaching awareness is Aliya’s priority through Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, pranayama, meditation, ecstatic dance. She is inspired to build proprioception in every movement – a sense of your body parts positioning during movement. If one can sense what is happening within the body, what kind of information it carries, why is it “complaining” through pain – then this body will shower us back with good moods, bright eyes, high energy, healthy relations. Every human being is capable of building flexibility and strength within his / her own anatomical frame. It totally reflects how Aliya perceives life. Special dedication Aliya gives to women of all nationalities and ages in order to accept their feminine flow, learn how to live with the cycle and rhythm. “Woman of Wisdom” is a project that travels with Aliya inspiring women to find their peace and love.

Discover the Yogic path to youth, vitality, and regeneration. Explore one of the most beautiful and mystical regions in India. Deepen your practice of yoga and return as the best version of yourself: relaxed, in shape and with the signature of Kerala glow! Join us for Shiva-Lila’s Seasonal Yoga & Panchakarma Retreat in Kerala, India, this coming April 14th until April 24th 2016. Ayurveda is the traditional Indian medicine used to promote health, rejuvenation and longevity. Panchakarma therapy is comprised of five basic types of advanced treatments for the evacuation of toxic material from the body. It can be considered a full-body detox. It’s based on the use of herbal massages, steam, Shirodhara ( dripping oil on the forehead), Nyasa ( nasal drops), ears and eyes drops and enemas. These practices are extremely helpful in relieving deep seated diseases as well as being beneficial for maintaining and improving physical and mental health and promoting weight loss.
Throughout the retreat, Yoga classes will take place daily at sunset on a large deck surrounded by palm trees and the calming sounds of the ocean. Classes will be led by Mirabai and accompanied by a traditional Indian musician. These classes will explore the flowing, meditative yoga of the Shaivistic and tantric paths. The retreat will also include silent meditation on the beach, a visit to the Neyyar Dam Ashram for dinner and satsung, visits to local temples, and the exploration of life in Kerala, one of the most beautiful regions in India.

——————————————Rasa-Lila Training Program 2016———————————————————————
What is Rasa?
Rasa is the essence of our emotions that exist in both the body and mind. The tantric tradition recognizes nine Rasas that represent our basic emotions: Love, Joy, Wonder, Courage, Calmness, Anger, Sadness, Dear, and Disgust. A study of the Rasas provides us with an objective for examining our emotions and increasing our emotional intelligence. Those who practice Rasa Sadhana learn to overcome negative emotions in order to pursue better health, enhanced spiritual growth, and enduring happiness….
We are very proud to announce the launching of our newest training program “Rasa-Lila Yoga” in 2016.
This training will be conducted at Shiva Lila Yoga Center for a duration period of 2 months (March and May) and only 15 participants will be selected to join the program in order to ensure an effective transfer of knowledge.
Participants will commit to 60 hours of attendance and will be handed over reading materials for studying as part of the literature to finally obtain a certification as registered by the Yoga Alliance upon the completion of the course.

—————————————-Ashtanga Master Class Weekend April 29, 30 and May 1st, 2016——————————-
April 29 till May 1 join YBL – Yoga Binh Le for a weekend of Yoga!
About Binh Le:
Binh began his education at the age of six at a Shaolin Kung Fu school and it was there that he first developed an awareness of body and soul. He was impressed by the depth of martial art and after six years changed to Traditional Taekwondo. His teacher gave him the honour of allowing him to teach at the school.
His desire to develop himself further both mentally and physically led him to Parkour which at that time was an unknown sport. As a result of the enjoyment he experienced in training with the founders of this movement and with highly experienced athletes he was led to pass on his knowledge to others shortly afterwards. Binh toured through Europe for several years teaching groups of up to 250 people in major cities. Even after years of physical discipline and self-command his yearning for mental freedom was not satisfied and this brought him into contact with Yoga and Shamanism.
After multiple stays of several months in India, during which he experienced Yoga directly at its source and completed a teacher training certification, he was led to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga according to the traditions of Sri K. Patthabi Jois. He is currently entering into the Third series under his teacher Petri Räisänen. Binh teaches traditional Mysore, led classes and workshops around the world.
With the help of Ayahuasca, a master plant from the Amazon, he gains an ever deeper perspective of his soul and through this a deep understanding of his fellow human beings. He employs this knowledge and sensitivity to support and encourage his participants in their practice through the use of energy.
